No.............just pointing out an OBVIOUS observation , i think it's down to keeping posts/threads to keep numbers up (now that was MY OPINION)

I can't see what would be to gain by leaving threads up, a site's popularity is judged by the amount of hits it gets by people visiting it, not by the amount of stuff that gets posted on it, shite or otherwise.. That is not OPINION, that is FACT!

 

True............but BAD publicity usually gets more hits than good, it all depends on whether a site makes money from advertising, the more posts good/bad, the more hits, the more popular, that's not an OPINION that is FACT

Baw......i don't care which posts are left up or deleted, i don't care who is nice/nasty to each other, i have been on the hunting forums far too long to give a damn, i was stating an obvious observation that "unsubstantiated bollocks" threads do stay up when matt the rat said they don't, so what you're saying Baw is i cannot make an observation and post on it and if i do then an internet site is not for me?? Well i'm affraid you will just have to report Baw me for daring to speak my mind ,,,,,,,,, and i wont be posting anymore on this "unsubstantiated bollocks" thread just to get more hits

When I first joined the site and before paulus was a mod we didn't see eye to eye more so on my part and I said a few things that I can say I'm ashamed of saying. I've needed help on a number of occasions during my time on this site and Paul has done his uppermost to help me out when in all honesty he could of said feck you . Look at the time and effort he put into the Craigyboy fund/auction ,would an anti have gone to such lengths I think not . I truly feel he's got the sites best interest at heart .

Have I missed anything out Paul :laugh:

now as for the "artic" side of the matter , you could be working double shifts :laugh:

 

Ah,...good old Artic....He was the bloke who took me out running Chinese water Deer and I went back on his land...well...that was the story being spread by his mate 'Bogger' and him. As soon as I got wind of it I put the record straight, asking the question of how can this possibly be true when I have never even met Artic, never mind been hunting with him....strangely enough Bogger and Artic vanished.....hhhmmm...,they're gone but not forgotten...

I didnt see the sense in locking the thread ,i was interested in if hedge or what ever was going to come back and what his reply or proof was or if he was made to shut up . But threads do need locking if they turn into a slagging match
