halamrose 24
I've only moved within my area in which case all you have to do is email them once you have moved. They didn't want to check my cabinet after the move. Quote Link to post
mrgjones 64
that sounds easy im only moving 200 yards! Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
Notify them "without undue delay" when you have moved and give them the location of the cabinet within the house, They may or may not want to come and see it Quote Link to post
Stocka 1
Is it easy to get a licence for a shotgun? Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
Is it easy to get a licence for a shotgun? Depends on your current and past behaviour and circumstances in all honesty. It's not especially difficult to go through the process, no. Quote Link to post
kenj 131
I moved to a different area and informed my previous FO of my move. He provided me with the new FO's contact email and emailed my details, phone etc.. I moved my gun box into my new house and continued shooting, while waiting to be contacted by the new FO. Six weeks later he made contact, sending me a new application form needing witnesses, etc. He then made a visit to inspect the box and count all my ammunition (I shoot rifles), plus a bit of a lecture on safety, while trying to reduce the amount of ammo I hold. I have an open license and this interview was worse than my first. Afterwards, he was fine, even asking if I wanted to include shotgun and centre fire, while he was there. 1 Quote Link to post
