fitchet 788
Is that line youre discussing any use on teeth. Mines killed 2 whilst walking cover through and he's killed a couple with my bull/greyhound on the lamp. Obviously not going to be out an out fox dogs but most can deal with the odd 1 or 2. salukixgrey 779
went down to new forest with a friend of my old mans end of season, my dog got on first fox he seen when out running next to motor and killed it, made a bit of noise while doing it but got the job done, face was abit marked up round chops and was swollen next day but after antibiotics went down in 2 days. now he allways on hunt for them when out mooching. It's easy to think of saluki crosses just as coursing dogs what with all the matching, forley cups, and fen talk yes they are the best for all that but they have no problem working like any other cross,my dogs are more than half saluki, they have worked fur and feather day and night, and for the 3 seasons that I worked them to fox it was very rare for them to miss one Edited April 22, 2013 by low plains drifter 4 Quote Link to post

salukixgrey 779
the saluki are alot more hardy than they look, my mate had a saluki grey bull grey that would take anything put in front of him, dead now but a proper allrounder. Quote Link to post
