I used to belong to several but now realise there is only one that exceeds all others ive been on. I do still subscribe and enjoy other places, sometimes anonymously, sometimes in a different alias but nowhere compares to the all round interest and varied people on here !! Have been banned from the IFF for asking straight forward questions to one of the main mod's, and Dishonourably discharged as a dastardly newbi from knowing he was telling very big porkies about his hawking in north Kent (I bet you can't guess which one that is ) but they all rim his arse I like it here on THL, just the right mix of people, subjects, fun & banter and information _________________ Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Magpie 102 Posted August 5, 2007 Report Share Posted August 5, 2007 I've been on a few sites now, some more friendly than others but, I found THL to be very good. there will always be issues that cause arguments such as Hancock lurchers and the like but, in the main there's always good advice from experienced dog folk and interesting threads to read. I don't find it as cliquey as some other forums some of which can be very unfriendly if you dare to own the wrong lurcher cross. A bit childish if you ask me.
