Remaking A Damaged Stock

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I posted on the custom stock topic as I'm looking at restoring an old shotgun I have just been given, I'm looking at restoring it for the owner so it can once again be fired on her land. the stock and forehand is badly damaged, I don't have the money to get someone to make a new one and I'm hoping to tackle it myself, I'm just wondering where to start, I'm not l Iooking at anything fancy just something that works, I only know air rifles so not sure on the wood selection and where the beep to start, if anyone has any experience have a look at the topic

Cheers craig
