Out With The Rapid Again

Had another couple of hours out tonight. This time with no scope or wiring issues.

However, the night was very still and bright which was making the rabbits a little nervy and reluctant to wander far from the safety of the hedges. Did the round just the once as to not spook what was out too much with the lamp. There is always another day.

Ended with a not to be sniffed at 27.

All sorted for takers mate. I have a couple of game dealers that will take them, but I'm just struggling for time to get them prepped and delivered. That's why my offer was for someone local for free.

That's the second or third time I've seen the word "branchers" used and it's not one I have come across before.

 

What is a "brancher"?

 

I assume it is a bird sitting on a branch, either a pigeon coming in to roost or a young fledgling coming out of a rooks nest or similar.

 

Please enlighten me.....
