scrap 4 Posted April 19, 2013 Report Share Posted April 19, 2013 Has anyone had any dealings with the norfolk trapper. I ordered some fenns nearly 4 weeks ago and have had nothing arrive. When I ring him to see what the score is he doesn't even answer the phone or get back to my answer phone messages. All I would like to know is where I stand with getting my fenns or my money back. I would advise people not to buy equipment from the norfolk trapper as it seems he is totally unreliable and doesn't send what you pay your money for. Quote Link to post

I have never had any dealings with the company so can't comment on their service. It maybe a genuine reason why your traps have not come. Maybe just be patient and keep trying. On the other hand and please don't take this the wrong way as no offence is meant, but this is your first lot of posts and you could be trying to knock the fella. Competition perhaps? Going to claim my money back by the book if he doesn't speak to me. I don't normally post stuff on here but because of the problem I have had just thought I would give people a heads up. bluepirate 0 Posted April 24, 2013 Report Share Posted April 24, 2013 i have had dealings just last week . i had same problem as you no reply for weeks on end then he said when i got thru to him if i dropped case on e55y he would send extra 2 trps but i received none and no more messages from him my personell experience of this person is to leave well alone.. one point i would like to make is dont confuse this seller with norfolktraps who also sell on e55y and are ok this person broke his word to me and i eventually got my money back thru customer support im not affiliated to any seller only my personell experience and may i say great site for information on moleing Quote Link to post
