ferret15 0
well it appears the foot and mouth isn't spreading but its a f*****g nightmare round here all the footpaths and bridle ways in the ten km zone are closed so riding the horse and walking the dogs restricted to my land and the towpath but i could be a lot worse the labs are denying its there fault and is restarting production of the vaccine governments saying it could of been caused by the recent floods ! but they were worse here last year i had to walk for a mile and a half in waist high water to reach the horses on there hill last year its been fine this year ? ferret15 0
looks like i spoke to soon they are saying it is the same strain and that the farmer has been trying to contact defra since SAT !! its within the exclusion zone so was probably all ready there when they found the first in the 10 km bit there are signs but no exclusions on the heathland asking people who are walking there dogs to clean there feet although on the news this morning they are talking about closing footpaths and bridleways across the country.
