Guest ilderfryd
I have asked a few breeders about this, but thought it might be an idea to ask in open forum. A few months ago this kit was born. (stillborn) The ones I have asked told it often comes out of to much inbreeding and another one said it might have something to do with the kit gene. (don´t know if that is what, it is called in English) What is your opinon? Another kit in the same litter was born with an open spine. Quote Link to post

Guest ilderfryd
HobandJill: No, there isn´t any angora in the lineage. The breeder of this litter hates angora. Quote Link to post

Guest MOLLY
As soon as you said the spine was exposed i though spina bifida, ive gooled it and they do suffer from it, so perhaps??? http://www.research.usf.edu/cm/CMDC/C115_N...Ferret_7_03.pdf Gross legions can also have an exposed spine... http://www.afip.org/ferrets/ferret.path.html MOLL. Kit with more toes is not that odd, even humans have been born with the same condition. Quote Link to post
