Pat X Grey

Recommended Posts

Tried searching it on my phone and had no luck. Has anyone tried this cross? (Don't wanna hear stories that a mate of a mate had one and it went stock or something negative) or is there any threads people can link me to where this cross has been discussed?

the dog on the right of the pic is a fell terrier cross greyhound. its a bitch and the smallest of the litter. i never saw it work but was told it was coming on well but got hit on the road. the rest

i have seen this xs and all and lots depends on the terrier if one use a large fell type bred for earht work and a no nonesense type not the type one sees bushing etc ,but like as said 22 inch bitches

its not that difficult. i bred a terrier greyhound litter. you just wait till the wifes out and use the couch. .   ausnick what do you class as a patt.?

Just wrote up a huge reply but it seems to have disappeared. There's no beddys or beddy crosses over here. I think there was one litter bred 10 years ago or so from a show bred beddy. There's more than enough proven patterdales here so for a start, like always, the pup would be bred from worker to worker.

I don't know too much about terriers but I see a patterdale as a black or Black and Tan (possible red?) terrier bred for earth work and they should hold the fox in place for being dug to while being as mute as possible.

A fella told me he's doing the breeding and if I got a pup it would most likely be used on rabbits, foxes, cats, goats and pigs. So I wouldn't need a dog that would be that fast just fast off the mark. I push a lot of cover with the dogs and also hunt thick bush while the dogs are on the ute so it's got to have the ability to scent off the ute and clip a tree without breaking.
