Know what you mean K C, I've been fascinated with hares since the first time I saw one explode out of the stubble as I walked towards the sand dune rabbit burrows with my box full of ferrets, that was 21 years ago,and that vision has never left me,got my first lurcher the year after and never missed a season,I've seen some real weird things with hares since then,including watching a hare lie down on october stubble,as me and two other lads made our way back home with four tired lurchers and a mad keen nuttall terrier,they were all off the lead and were going mad with what they could smell,but that hare never lifted,maybe the myths legends and folklore do hold some truth,and the hare is a goddess ,all the best K C

I've been coursing long enough to know the difference between a good and bad hare, and it wasn't the dog that was making that hare look crap

Hedgemumper no there isn't any clips ov my dogs runnin but I will be more than happy too show u them run tho this season I've got nothing too hide or any reason too start an arguement on here it was my opionin n if the dog made the hares look lyk that then fair play too the dog.

cheers, but even I will admit she run crap the second time you seen her run, straight line across 3 fields on the first run, but she did kill her last which was 4 th run with massive slip, but defo not on form that day or didn't like the hard ground, there my 2 excuses anyway lol
