Nope snoops , seen a moose sat on a bar stool last week and she looked nothing like that :icon_eek:

i no they put weight on bob ..round the kneck and body but didnt no they get tight round the stomach like that ...but i dont no to much about fallow so i will keep my comments to myself ..cheers for the info bob :thumbs:

Ah thats whats wrong with me ! i must unknowingly be getting myself ready for the rut cos my midriff seems to have expanded like that fallow bucks these last few months :clapper:

Ita a fallow buck and yes, that does look like it has swelled a bit, but freshly killed that night, you can tell by the blood. :D:yes:

How many did it take to track it? :hmm::whistling::D

 

This time of the year, the fallow bucks are preparing them selfs slowly for the rut, but, not untill september, will they reach maximum weght. Then they are bloody heavy. :yes::icon_eek:

Awsome, we have Fallow over here and the fallow rut is allready over. Can you tell me what type of dogs you where walking when you found it. I have a deerxgreyxwolf that i am keen as to get onto the deer when she matures abit more.

i would say a red or sika
mate you know that is a fallow buck there in rut oct that is why he stil has velvet and how many reds /sikas you seen with antlers like that thought that was all you had down in plymouth

ok lads thanks for the replys it was a 5/3 3/8 bull bitch only turned 16 months and a 5/8 grey 2/8 bull 1/8 deerhound dog at the same age they both are just started on fox(i live in north ireland) and had never seen a deer i will try and get some pics up for you. cheers chucky
