Nod, when I saw the traps for sale on the ratbait site, I asked Killgerm about it, and apparently they are affiliated companies. I don't send traps directly to Ratbait.

Hi all back again on this pain of a thing, the UK patent covers you for the UK only and is next to nothing to file a patent you can then approach UK based businesses to sell too or manufacture, my patent atourny says before doing this have him on standby because if you get good feedback, orders you need to file the worldwide patent asap..

 

If you want to search if your idea has already been thunk of you can do a search on the espace site using key words of your idea, it was very interesting they is some great designs on there

 

The company kill germ is only up the road from me and they did cross my mind as a place to pitch my idea

 

As for the in ports the only thing I would like from California is wine please

I looked at some traps from the states very nice folding ones I think trap man was one and they was another good trap maker I emailed them both never got a reply

Hey Darren, I'd love to get some feedback on it, but just like 2.8Guy said above, you can't publicly disclose something that you want to patent, at least not until after you file the patent application. But if I do get a patent application in, I'd be happy to send out some samples, or maybe I could even take a working vacation and come on over and do some mole trapping in the UK. That would be fun.

I am sure you would enjoy ago over here,and a bit of interaction with you boys from accross the pond would be good to share ideas,did you ever consider the suggestion,I pm d' you if you remember it that is
