Guest little_lloyd Posted August 3, 2007 Report Share Posted August 3, 2007 I took my Terrier for a mooch upstream yesterday at about 3 pm then went out to the pup for a meal got back put the dog and pup out the terrier was fine then but by the time i had been back from my trap rounds i went to put them both out agian and the terrier has a manky eye all gundged up like conjuntivitios she acting fine just gives the eye a rub now and agian so its irritating her a bit. Ive bathed it and if it does not improve later ill ring the vet. Does anyone have any idea of whats happened? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

You have to be careful incase there is a scratch/jag to the cornea, this can cause a gunky eye..Fucithalmic if you can get it from the Vet will clear this up in no time. I usually pop the tea bag in boiling water, let it soak a while then either use the tea bag carefully to douse the eye, or soak some cotton wool in the cooled tea.
