First Squizzer With Eb Mod 60S

Evening all,

 

So my mate and I got a proper soaking this afternoon with next to no wildlife on the permisson.

 

waiting patiently in a hedgerow for pigeons I noticed some movement in a tree behind my oppo, so I took a knee and shouldered the rifle and watched.

 

A gift of a close range squirrel about 10m away showed his face and stopped at the end of a branch, I pushed forward the safety, placed the crosshair behind his eye, took up the first stage and squeezed.

 

He did a bat impression and hung on to the branch for a bit before dropping to the ground.

 

first squizzer with the mod 60s and mega chuffed with the way it hit hard.

 

much maligned rifle although ive been really impressed with it.

yeah I was happy with the shot.

 

Benjamin, Jackal is an proper bit of kit to work from. That pic was from Herrick 9 so a few years old now.

 

How about yours?

 

Makes a difference shooting at game and not angry blokes in flip flops!!

Herrick 4 in Wimiks / Foot then out again in 2008 with the Jackal / choggie waggons, yeah they were some proper kit, 90kmph across desert haha.
