JD came off last time because i was sick of numpties talking shit through pm's and i was also being asked for pups consantly, i do not breed to sell. The easiest way to throw off a lot of people was to change my name.

from the link i put up earlier Mr F......, 38, later gave his pictures to the police and RSPCA and they were used to convict the gang.

 

if i'm reading this correctly, Mr F......, 38 is the wildlife photographer that reported them on the day and called police / took photo's.

dont think he was 1 of the lads out that day with the dogs/ guns

All of my photos are "preban". I just digitally remaster them. That's easy enough, isn't it? (As I've included the word preban, there's not a court in the land that can prosecute me)! I never put anything stupid on the internet, that's almost as bad as writing a book!! LOL!!

if your computer is lifted with your username and password, they could see P.Ms but they couldn't use them in court under a standard search warrant. the servers this site is run off are in america, in order for anyone to use private information from this site they would have to get the U.S authourities to issue the company that runs the server with a subpoena for said information.

 

the rspca have been told to f**k off, more than a few times whilst wanting info from here id say, i cant see Ian helping them just to help them, as he would be under no legal obligation to do so.

It came out in court that Ian B allowed access to the RSPCA to pm's.

as far as im aware this was told to gobshite by the wife of one of the lads convicted after the case, theres no other reference to it anywhere in any of the press coverage only the facts that ive already put up that one of the 3 helped the authorities and computors and images were used as evidence.

What that will mean is that the RSPCA just logged onto the lads Hunting Life profile and read their pm's......

from seized computers ...................... would they then have to ask ian b as site owner to view content ???

no...they will just log on with their passwords and away they go......

Illegal invasion of privacy that is and that is a prosecutable offence, plus any evidence gathered this way is inadmissable in court

 

I was told mods' can see pm's not sure how true that is but the one I sent mentioning 2 midgets, a bottle of almond oil, a rolled up newspaper and three cherries was just a joke
