I gave up the booze over a year ago and I found that giving up the smokes was even more difficult. Good on yer and treat yourself to something with all that cash youve saved

If it was purely down will power alone. I wouldnt be able to think about anything else 24hrs a day until finally i caved in. Respect to those that can stop by themselves but their brains must be wired differently to mine, It gets easier though especially as you start to feel better as a result of having stopped.
coverdogs 888
well done buttercup, i am off them 7 years now keep up the good work. a fella i know stoped the cigs and was using nicotine patches, he was at work one night and passed out an ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital when they started to examine him they found 17 nicotine patches on his left arm, he dident know that he was to take the old one off before applying a new one and he had an overdose of nicotine that made him pass out, he got out of hospital the next day and went straight to the shop and bought 20 cigs and he is smoking since. stupid c--t LOL
