Thanks Lads this is my little brother in the picture i'm 22 so still young and very keen though! haha :)

22 Thats young i have a hat thats older than you my dad bought it for me when i was in my 20s ;) at least if you and your little brother are into this way of life you will always have someone to go out with  my brother will not even pick a ferret up and would not have dogs in his nice sterile house :hmm:i would rather be as i am, and am lucky to have a son that loves it as much as i do :D

There is 3 of us me being the oldest next is 20 and the lad in pics is 13. Me and the 20 year old are always out together, we were never brought up with all this country style life far from it, but we grew into it ourselves and love every second live for it!

He is off the BIG BUNNY'S that was a one off i wanted to know if he had the stick and he sure did! Alot of people are suprised by how mature he is for his age, rabbits are lucky run 50 yards before its the end, he retrieves but its abit of a struggle sometimes getting him to let go. Im trying not to do to much with him to soon though but when he runs as good as he does its hard to leave him home! i guess i got years of fun with him ahead of me though :)

TFM i havent sized him up yet have a guess ill get back to you !

I am no expert but slow and steady always works for me with dogs i never rush them as fastest way to spoil a good dog i think, and your attitude is a credit to you lads dose not matter if you live in the country or a city as long as you keep it up

Don't worry i am no expert either but great advice and thank you.

I like to think i have a good attitude towards it all, i love every second when i am out its a great walk of life. People are to quick to judge a man with a Lurcher.

There is some great people on here and just reading all the posts helps me with what i am doing.

I'd guess at about just under 25"tts at the minute. He's handsome, solid looking dog. Take your time with him and I'm sure you will have years of fun ahead with him. Where you based? Do you have any wise men you can get out with? Or lurcher books? Keep us posted on his progress
