Who sold off our national industry to foreign investors for a quick fix cash injection knowing the jobs would be disolved leaving thousands of her fellow countrymen out of work and after shutting down the unions unable to have a say about any of it. Hard working men and women losing their homes etc 30 years ago now but she will always be despised . I hope she rots in hell !scargill was to blame for that fiasco , if Joe Gormley had been running the show I doubt the miners would have had to have gone on strike, as it was daft Arthur led the men out and Maggie smacked his arse. 3 Link to post Share on other sites

I don't pretend to know about these things but i do know there are a number of points of view on anything, usually more easily seen by those not overcome with emotion. Privatisation.................. was that not a move to improve efficiency and productivity of the labour force as well as the important cash injection? Unions..................... Leave the honors to the boys who lay down their lives. The politicians should be buried head down with their arses in the air so Joe public has some where to park his bike.
