dog in the 2nd vid was probably young or inexperienced a lot of pups will catch like that you cant teach a dog where to get hold or how to deal with it once its on the deck only thing the owner could do to help teach the dog pre ban was stand on the deer once they got to it, take the dog off the leg and put it on the neck and hope it learnt from that to go on the neck in future
