johnrthrfrd 223 Posted April 5, 2013 Report Share Posted April 5, 2013 Just wondering if anybody can throw some light on this problem some times when I try and start the thing it just clicks there seems to be a click from under the steering wheel then 1from over the left side of the car and nowt won't tun over car has a new battery and new starter motor the thing is it can stand all week and start no bother drive a couple of miles turn it off and the fault happens any info appreciated. lurch46 2 Posted April 19, 2013 Report Share Posted April 19, 2013 check igntion switch and loom of postive side of battery cause has engine rocks the loom starts breaking down.also can check main ground put jump lead from negetive side of battery to good engine ground if starts got poor ground cable.good luck in sorting Quote Link to post Share on other sites
