Abscess On Neck

as above ive been the vets about 4 or 5 times over the past 4 months and had antibiotic injections but they done nothing anyway it burst on its own about 3 weeeks ago and puss came out but it started to come back it started to leak puss again im going to flush it out with a syringe but what is best to use fluid wise thanks

When one of mine had a abscess on her neck the vet lanced it with a Stanley blade squeezed all the puss out it then gave her a antibiotic injection and i was told to just put her back in with the rest as they might lick it keeping it open allowing it to heal from the inside first . By the way the puss stank the nurse was nearly sick

Go to the chemist and buy a saline solution, (eye wash) use that to flush it out bud.
