budharley 945
My dad has been a tennant on 10 acres of grazing land for 25 years he originally had 75 acres for nothing but after 11 years he was told he had to start paying as at 12 years he could claim it or something. He couldnt afford to rent all the land so got just 10 of the 75 and hes been there ever since . he is thinking of asking if it would be up for sale im just wondering if anyone knows anything about these things . The land is just grazing land that has had unsuccesfull building application on it by the landowner a good few years ago . I dont think it will ever get planning as the landowner has tried and he couldnt get it and thats basicly how hes made his millions .

cammy12 176
if you can graze a horse then the price will rocket horsy people always pay threw the nose for stuff thus pushing price up and the price will jump when the seller knows you want it. 100,000 +

Serious blonde moment or the Easter bunny has filled my head with jelly beans. 12 acre went for 95k last year, just by us.
