MonarchCountryProducts 2 Posted May 6, 2013 Report Share Posted May 6, 2013 I used to work for Bulldog about 10yrs ago when the were owned by Record Tools and at that time they were no doubt the best product in the market place, although "Carters" & "Cauldwell" came quite closte. At the time they were hand made in Wigan (believe this still the case although now owned by Rollins) and I used to take customers round the factory showing the hand forging & stamping process, along with the bend testing, we also used to make specials for folk but now volumes must be high to develop personall preference due to return on investment.
