Beastmaster1980 40
Hi, I'm looking for a pcp air rifle in .177 preferably with a multi-shot mag. What would be the best rifle to buy around the £300 mark? Cheers, Rich Quote Link to post
Orange55 2
A second hand ultra or aa s400 might fit the bill Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
If you want new you might take a look at a Hatsan AT44, comes with 2 magazines as well! They are getting a lot of good end user reviews now! Quote Link to post
doggame 3
s200 s400 ultra second hand You can't go wrong Quote Link to post
AirgunGuy 362
Ultra and S200 probably your best bet at that price Quote Link to post
Craig Fosse 286
Second the 200 definatly Quote Link to post
A1WOC 212
You may wish to add a second hand Brocock Contour to that list, a very accurate and light PCP. Regards, Steve 1 Quote Link to post
Beastmaster1980 40
Thanks for all the replies, i will be buying second hand for sure, think I fancy a AA S200. Would I be better getting the older 2 piece stock or the newer model? Cheers, Rich Quote Link to post
danco1987 27
I bought a 2nd hand scorpion multi shot the other week for 320. You don't see many multi shots below 300 tbh. Could get a single shot below that price though. A BSA ultra single shot secondhand would be a good bet - you could add the multi shot upgrade from Rowan Engineering at a later date. Craig Fosse 286
I haven't used the old stock mate but the new one IMO looks a lot better and feels great, just so you know an s200 like a lot of the air arms doesn't have a safety, with single shot you can de cock the rifle to make it safe but with the multishot it's more difficult, so it's something to consider, I have one and will never get rid of it or get another air rifle, it's perfect for me, if you haven't held one, try t get your hands on one as it is a small rifle like the ultra and very light, some people not many find this a problem Quote Link to post

b.s.a 0
hi , i got my bsa ultra multi shot se brand new for £390 from melbourne gun and tackle ... cheap as chips .. Quote Link to post
Beastmaster1980 40
Just had a look at the brocock & bsa ultra on YouTube, both look handy little rifles. I like the cocking action on the BSA looks like a good mechanism, think its between ultra & s200 as don't see many brococks for sale. I already have Simmons wtc scope & hatsan pump so just looking for something for shooting woodies & vermin, what are these like for services, seals etc anyone had any problems with them?
