mole trapper 1,693 Posted July 30, 2007 Report Share Posted July 30, 2007 They were bad first time around, now shit house blair told them to go get all the written off debts, i thought i saw the last of them 7 years ago, then out of the blue a couple of weeks ago a debt collection agency sent a letter saying cough up £750 immediatly or go to court and bailifs would enter my house and take what they wanted. DONT THINK SO, anyway rang up shits are us and they said it was usual to send out this sort of letter as it got a response, So said call off your skanky debt collectors and i will give you five pounds a week, they agreed. . Since then they have showed their usual standard of ineptitude, three times sent out wrong paperwork, finally thought it was sorted then in the post three days ago got a letter from a solicitors saying i owed shits are us £20,465.19, , Well when the shock, numbness, rage and confusion finally abated slightly i rang the solicitors who said that i had not kept my agreement with SAU and therefore must pay this amount immediatly, rang SAU again asking what the fack is going on, Oh we passed it on by accident, dont know where the figure came from, no apology nothing. One day those responsible for unleashing these scum will be brought to book for the heartache, suicides and colosol fu..k ups they are renowned for. Bye the way, i was a voluntary payee for years the only reason there was the paltry amount of £750 written off was because THEY took me UNDER the poverty line so that i could subsidize HER chain smoking and gambling. I have some arrears, due to 2 changes of jobs in 3 months, they took 7 months to tell me how much to pay, and oh by the way now you are in areers! wankers, all of them. Anyway, the rules are they cannot leave you without the means to support yourself, even if you have arreers. You only have to pay some of your debts, over a longer period of time. Dont take any shit from them, but beware, as i have found out, i am now on deductions from earnings, so my proposed promotion will also benifit my 2 timing whore ex wife. Tallyho 181 Posted July 31, 2007 Report Share Posted July 31, 2007 me and my ex came to an agreement of paying each week he stuck to it for a couple of months, then it stoped , so i had to get in contact with CSA he went a year with out helping to pay for his children, so is it the same with you lads on here did you stop paying or didnt you want to pay for your kids thats why the CSA was involved?????? They brought me down to the poverty line for years so that i could keep the low life bitch in fags and tacky jewelery while the kids went round in rags. Dont tar every absent father with the same brush, To many of the poor fackers have felt so cornered by CSA and their X,s that they have commited suicide because their lives had been shattered. Yes there are also those that are not willing to pay, they are the ones that should be chased, but it still doesnt change the fact the money should be turned into coupons that can only be redeemed for childrens clothes and food, but even that wouldnt stop them selling this once the coupons were exchanged. snoopdog 1,256 Posted July 31, 2007 Report Share Posted July 31, 2007 i split up with my missus 4 years ago ..it was the hardest thing i ever did leaving my son but just coudnt carry on with the way things were ....my 10 year old son now lives with me and has done for the past 8 months i coudnt be happier and he is happy which is the main thing ...i wont go to deep into it but put it this way hes far better off with me ...hes improved 100% at school and is always laughing and a smile on his face so that says it all to me ... ...and i dont ask for a penny off her and never would she dosent offer either ..ive got what i want and thats my boy ...i would never contact the csa or anybody else .......
