FUJI 17,156
Was a cracking morning today, the sun was shining,an easterly breeze which was nippy to say the least but a great day to be out and about so I drove 10 miles from home with the two pups Boots & Fife plus Ruby the Pom...the track which leads from the road into the car park in the Forest was pretty deep in frozen snow and as my car is rubbish on ice I thought I'd reverse back to the road and park up in one of the roadside parks..had 3 hours walking the forestry tracks,I think you could walk about in there from dawn until dusk and not cross the same path..it's huge! All three of the dogs are still lying quiet so obviously they ain't as fit as me :-) lol... This must be what they mean when the say "can't see the wood for the trees" I guess? haha It was chilly the higher up we went as you can see by this! Absolutely frozen solid.. 11 Quote Link to post

Maximus Ferret 2,063
Thanks for posting those Fuji. That's my kind of scenery and I walk my own dogs in those kind of places as often as possible. Nothing like watching the sun rise where the forest gives out to heather up on the high ground.
