Bridgy Bomber 22 Posted March 28, 2013 Report Share Posted March 28, 2013 was out the other night walking the pup out along the back lanes when the police pulled up beside me whats your name ,,, john smiths ... where you going,, ,,,not sure not been this way before... ok if your out and about at this time make sure you get an high viz jacket ,, will do .. never had a problem with the police about haveing a lurcher in somerset ... but shouldn't speak too soon i suppose Quote Link to post

You might of been stopped as you looked suspect (with all due respect) or maybe there had been something going on locally, or are you known to them? Or maybe they were just bored. I would of. I know quite a lot of coppers, all of which are fair, and really tidy. But then there's some who are itching to arrest you. Best thing to do, is wind them up..to a point. They love it, they can't arrest you for walking a dog like I said. And without video evidence its their word against yours really ain't it, an probably end up falling through to lack of evidence.
