Wanted .22Lr Setup

Looking for a decent but not too expensive .22lr setup. Ideally £200 max to include scope, bipod, sling and mod.

Also looking for advice on .17hmr and .223 options. Any help, suggestions or advice would be appreciated. I have a Bettinsoli 12G OU MC EJ and a Webley & Scott 12G semi-hammer single I'd be interested in part exchanging or selling. I have an idea of how much I'm prepared to spend on each of the above rifles and I also have a very conservative value for the shotguns in mind.

I'm not familiar with the Ruger 10/22. Is it a S/A action? I was looking for multiple shot bolt action. Yes please upload some pictures.
