dymented 2,220 Posted March 26, 2013 Report Share Posted March 26, 2013 there not bad i have the new version and i am getting 33mpg+ best 4x4 for the mpg is the vitara 107 bhp one Fuel consumption (urban) 30.1 mpg Fuel consumption (extra urban) 47.1 mpg Fuel consumption (combined) 38.7 mpg with a high and low box !!! not like the freelander and the do go any where with correct tyres on but if you want something for towing get the jeep Quote Link to post Share on other sites

shootlodge 146 Posted April 3, 2013 Report Share Posted April 3, 2013 we use 2 at present a 2.5 & 2.8crd's average 30mpg, with there very low reving torquy motors , great off road, with good tyres too . They have 3 niggles but are recall's on up grades at the dealers .The turbo hoses & rear suspension arms etc, free of charge @ a dealer. The heater resister blows ,its a 5 minute job at the bak of the glove box, with an upgrade from a crysler sebring & approx. £5 on bay.com sent to you , from stateside. comfy strong & pull 3 ton, not too big,yet big enough for 4 gun dogs in the back & rifles on the back seat, & when push comes to shove, taking the mother-in-law to the vets....... sorry dogs to vets m/l for a meal Quote Link to post Share on other sites
