mark@mbb 31
I don't think you will get near enough for a rimfire a 17 rem or a 223 maybe a better bet Quote Link to post

engraver 44
Put something like a dead rabbit down and spread its intestines all over the place put a couple of flocked crow decoys round it and get well concealed in range, should work in this snow but be up early. Quote Link to post
GameDealer7412 2
Wake up nice and early, build yourself a hide, decoys in a wide spread pattern and use a shotgun! Quote Link to post
midnight 657
Same as the post above ! 1 Quote Link to post

GEOFF.223 83
was doing the same job last week grey backs/hooded crows picking at sleeping lambs. got up early with the .223 zerod to 200 yards parked car up on hill reclined driver seat [BANNED TEXT] back sat in back seat with legs stretched out over driver seat sand bag on door frame had a can of coke with bottom facing me at 200yards for a test shoot gave it 2/3" for wind bang on Sat for 3 hrs got 4/5 one got away but wasn't looking so good in the air. the satisfaction hitting them at that ranges is great, if only they sat still long enough i say i would have got 10 easy Quote Link to post
mal mason 7
get some decoys out hide keep ur face hidden and keep still untill their in close then hit them with the 12g other than that like has been said the HMR is good at distence but still u need to hide yourself good cos they see you before you see them....good luck pal. cave dweller 2
You could try putting one of these out on a rabbit carcass, or with some crow deeks http://www.flightlinedecoys.co.uk/store/decoy-products/ff3-decoy-animator-crowmotion-detail Edited April 26, 2013 by cave dweller Quote Link to post
The Duncan 802
Try a stuffed fox as a decoy stood over some food - crows will go mad to mob it Quote Link to post
