nice, if mine i would move the rear mount back a little if only for looks but also the further apart the better.what does the trigger break at on them , they look not to badly made.

i adjusted the trigger down on mine pal have not checked weight yet my do tomorrow when i go to zero new scope.

i can not put the rear mount back any further as the is no more slots on the weaver rail i have another one piece rail but its 5mm taller and i will only be able to move mount back one more slot.

so if its doing the job tamo i will leave as is.

I thought that and didn't follow the response, you can't centralise the rear mount more on the rail, the front appears to be mounted centrally?

Yeah, if it works then fine, but as said, mounts as far apart as sensible is usually a good idea!

Yep agree the rear mount is a problem, and also seems to be at a slight angle,

Best to get things right from the offset, Mounts do seem a little high also looking at the distance from barrel to btm, of objective,

Good luck with the new gun,

Snap.

I agree, that does look so wrong, surely there must be another slot further back you can use for the rear mount????

Can you "reverse" the rear mount??? Looks like that would work.

the bolt hits when reversed as it hangs over the back.

tried the lower mounts find these more comfortable as the head position for me is perfect.

there is not much benefit from scope being any closer yes if it was 20mm+ above the barrel.
