Scope Cam Help

Morning

 

Seen a few of posts about how you have attached cameras to scope to allow you to film through your scope and was wanting a wee bit help if you could.

 

 

I have a a Sony DVD camera as below link

Of which has a 25mm lens.

 

And would like to use it on my scope can I use theses to adaptor it to fit?

Don't think you would need the 52 mil one as 52 mil will be your front lens and not the back one where your eyes go bud.

having looked at the video recorder im not sure its the way to go as its bulky and i do not think the rings will keep it in place while you shoot do you have a smart phone ? have a look at this http://youtu.be/6pil8pP3Kik they make cases for all smart phones or you can adapt one for free

The iscope is a rip off tho £90 no way

What is the thread diameter on your scopes eye bell, and if you use that camara you will need to support it on your stock,too much weight on the eyebell of your scope. you need to step up the thread sizes, 25mm male to male to whatever the thread size is on your objective bell (eye piece).

 

phil
