Escort Magnum 3 shot Semi

Hi folks, just bought myself an Escort 3 shot semi auto magnum today, anybody have one or used one n what do they think?

I have had mine for about 12 months.I have shot about 1000 cartridges through it this summer shooting pigeons and it has not missed a beat.Well worth the money.

ill be using it 2morrow for the first time,its the first semi ive owned so just need to see how i get on, traded in a berreta 686 special for it,gonna be a work tool/ rough shooting gun, beretta was no use for that

Nothing against the Hatsan Escort, I bought my son one last year, but they seem to be a bit like the old Leyland cars, ie you can get a good one or a bad one.

I hope you got a good one, my son has shot charlies, rabbits, corvids and clays with his and it hasnt missed a beat.

One thing to mention is that the Midland Gun Company 3 shot semi autos will be hitting the shops soon, these guns are in the same price bracket but may be a litle better specification wise.

 

Whatever happens, pay particular attention to keeping the o ring seals lubricated and it should see you ok, if not at least you have that 3 year warranty.

used mine on everything and so far seems ok , mines the 3" , which i hear is better than the 3.5 , something to do with the length of the forcing cones if using smaller carts .

can u guys reccomend a good fox cartridge for it?
