Get it out early and let it see stock. Put him on a long lead and yank him back if/when he runs at the sheep or horses. Get him in a chicken run if you can and just scold him for showing interest. Its all best done early if you can.Remember some pups wont take too much scolding. 3 Quote Link to post

I would say 95% of them are mate,bloodlines are everything and the breed was never seen through to fruition,hijacked by pretenders and wannabes,bred for colour and not work,its a shame as they had so much more to offer 20yrs ago,most are too big and only ever see a showring, my terriers are bred for work and temperament, I always try to secure working homes for my pups whenever possible,they will also work all legal quarry,WM Quote Link to post
