Wxm 1,638
does the length of time you leave a running dog or terrier out of work effect its ability or interest in hunting? either due to your personal injury or for other reasons like losing your dog and it ending up in a pet home from a rescue centre for weeks months or a year or 2. have you had an experience in this sort of scenario where your dog been out of work ?? how did it effect him or her ?? sandymere 8,263
Bring them back sensibly is all you can do, most will do ok, I've had a good one from a rescue, alas dogs lives are short so long lay offs are not ideal but stuff happens beyound our control. Good luck with it Quote Link to post
