You get paid based on ticket sales. Usually £5 per ticket. I try to sell about 50 so get £250 a fight. Sometimes there's a purse on top of £200 or so. There has just been a heavyweight cash fighter, 8 men enter, 4 fights, the 4 winners fight again so 2 fights and then the 2 winners fight. Winner takes £3000. Most boxing clubs around the country have something to do with the EBF and white collar boxing. You have to have a license off the EBF which is £20 and a basic medical test. But no piss test. He didnt land one clean shot on me, I landed a couple but nothing worth shouting about. Just 3 rounds of brawling and being mauled about.
