arcticgun 4,548
lanesra is 100% right lads,if you find yourself in this posistion , just ask the beak if he done the same to any smackheads or burglars of late , embarass them maybe even quote a few sentences given out to burglars etc by said court, often dont look good on em in cold light of day, decent representation however avoids such sentences imho

Night Hunter 109
We live in a police state, they dish out the fines to fund the lavish lifestyles of the government, a bit like runners for drug dealers realy...you have to know the law better than them or they will exploit your ignorance,I was pulled over in my works van for using my phone(I was actually drinking coffee from a travel mug) and not wearing a seatbelt by two policemen in a van.firstly they asked if I had a works phone then they asked me what one I wanted the ticket for,I denied doing either and they then said that it was on thier van cam,one of them said that If I argued that I would find myself in court,my reply was well I will not argue because there were two of them but if they were sure it was on thier van cam they would have to issue a ticket for both and that I would be seeing them in court ,I knew that my mobile phone was in my pocket and had not been used and this could be proved by contacting the mobile provider so there was no way they could make that stick and by the time they turned round and came back I was standing on the road at the back of my van outside my next job so hard to prove the seatbelt if it was not on thier van cam.I walked away with no tickets. The lesson here is admit to nothing stay calm and don't argue with them.I later learned that the cam in the van is pointing backwards that is why they sat me in the back of the van to see if they could get me to put my hands up on video ...kunts

So how does it happen to lads who get pulled for a bit off Poaching is Surely Discrimination . . . Maybe Racist lol . here here well said! shocking the way hunters are targeted compared to real criminals
morton 5,368
The Goverment seems hell bent on supporting the police to crack down on hunting with dogs, even though the lying sneaky twats said if they were elected they would put in force the process of repealing the ban and any such injustice. The smart hunters are having to become even smarter, the burglars, downloaders of child porn and illegal immigrants get better justice than a lad chasing an hare, modern Britain and the wankers that run it.It.Until we get organised and use a collective vote to repeal the ban, which will never happen, we will have to live and work around or with it. Swampy 147
You cannot be banned from driving for commiting an unrelated offense. I suspect that there was more to this than has been explained. Usually the case. For instance if the driver was over the alcohol limit it would be safe to say that he intended to drive the car and therefore a ban would be applicable. Even though he wasn't actually driving the vehicle. He may have had no insurance or no mot or bald tyres.....all could have added up to 12pts and a ban. His car however could be construed as parphenalia associated with an illegal activity and therefore would be subject to confiscation. Personally if you'd been caught poaching on my land, you wouldn't have had a car to come back to anyway. It would have been a long and dangerous walk home for those guys. rgds Swampy Legal ning
