No it doesnt providing the knife is folding and the blade is smaller than 3", a swiss army knife for example is not prohibited you would need to give an explination of the reason you are carrying one but there are several reasons you could give to having a Swiss Army knife on you. I do however agree with a stout walking stick I use one when in the park

You don't need to give any reason for carrying a 3", non-locking, knife, they are specifically exempt in law. You only need to have a good reason for carrying a lock knife or fixed blade.

I don't know if "defending yourself from violent hellhounds" would constitute a good reason for carrying a fixed blade. :hmm:

I agree with you though, for defending mysef against vicious dogs (or vicious humans for that matter) id much rather have a stout walking stick when out and about. Something like a blackthorn shillelagh or African knobkerrie would be best, far more formidable tools than any knife imo. And completely legal, "its just my walking stick, officer".

They said yesterday on the news on TV that the bloke holding the dog is in fact the dog's owner: so what is the truth? But I also find the owner's reactions very strange: she seems very chilled out about the whole thing: weird. Or is that just how she is?

It is a sickening image, but nobody knows how this happened. People jumping to conclusions and advocating extreme physical violence with added racist comments. This picture could have been posted with a narrative of how the Asian lad had come to the aid of a dog being attacked, but that maybe wouldn't have satisfied the deep racist bigotry of some on this site.

But let's face it. That's not the case. And the Paki did set his dog on the King Charles. And he did think he was hard as f**k because of it.

I saw this earlier but didn't see the pictures. I was disgusted then and i'm even more disgusted now. What the f**k? That poor little Spaniel, apparently going by Facebook he's okay with just severe tissue damage.....but clearly the thing won't be the same again after the shock it's had.

I'm f***ing raging if i'm honest. This stupid Amir Kahn lookalikey paki c**t needs stringing up by his bollocks and lashing to death. I'd happily do it!!! :censored:

That's me carrying my hunting knife with me when i'm out with the dogs from now on, it's f***ing sickening.

comments like this make me laugh. get a grip lad ffs

Laugh all you want Joel  clearly you're a stone cold killer if you're not disgusted by these pictures. Being a spaniel owner makes it worse for me seeing another span in that situation. Sozzzzzz if you don't agree with that, Stone Cold Joel :bye:

And cleanspade - read what The Seeker wrote  i'm not stupid and i know the law
