True what DownSouth said, if it was any other breed nobody would care.If you've got a bull that loves a scrap don't walk it on a park full of dogs, keep it on a lead and at least have a f***ing collar on the dog so if it does get into another dog you can grab a hold.

Mince.....of course they would care.

Ok nobody would be wanting to hang the owner from a tree and stab them to death in fact it would never have been on FB and if it was nobody would have given it a second look.

It seems like you think this is just folk having a go at bull breeds, that may be the case on FB but not from me it isn't , I just happen to think that bull breeds are serious animals to be taken seriously, much more seriously than your common or garden Lab, pointer or mongrel .

I like bull breeds, I just think people take liberties around them sometimes.

I totally agree mate they do need to be taken seriously and im not sticking up for the owner of that dog.But how many people on here ranting on allow their hunting dogs, dogs that have been bred to kill things to walk off lead in public very often in 2s 3s or more which is when dogs are at their most dangerousas pack instinct can kick in with even the most unagressive dog.

Havent looked at the video, havent read most of the bravado bullshit replies that no doubt will have been posted, but. if anyone is ever in this situation with their dog on the end of some peice of shit that wont let go.

Remain calm, take the biting dogs back leg in hand and snap it over your knee, no more effort than breaking a stick.

The biting dog WILL let go when you start pulling streching its sinews....

Ive allways found that pulling the front legs apart till the dogs heart splits in half works best

Sickening!! Pit bull owners, that use their dog for fighting, use these small toy breeds as bait. Their is a few pitbull fighting men on here, if your looking at this, you are one sick individuals!! I know for a fact their is pit bull fighting men on here, common sense, on a site like this! ones that still do it and ones that have done it in the passed. That paki c**t, is one of them!!

Dog fighting, is the cause of all this, nothing else!!

Sorry, i am sure i have upset a few dog fighting men on here, prehaps not, as they have no souls, no feeling for feck all, just money, same goes to the hare coursers, that bet on how many hares their dogs catch against another, matching big sums of money, then when the hares are caught, their thrown in the ditch or dike, disgusting, what a waste of a great animal!! I am a hunter, i eat everything i catch, i got out for the hunt, catch it with my dogs, or shoot it with my guns, take it home and eat it. Its actions like this, that will have everything banned sooner then later, hare coursing was banned, mainly because of this, money, nothing else, and greed!!

Rant over. !

A right f***ing Charlie this one - get back to bed son!!!! That ranting and raving pile of shit will no doubt have made you one of the most popular THL membes ever and after only 40 posts too...well played... :bye:

It is a sickening image, but nobody knows how this happened. People jumping to conclusions and advocating extreme physical violence with added racist comments. This picture could have been posted with a narrative of how the Asian lad had come to the aid of a dog being attacked, but that maybe wouldn't have satisfied the deep racist bigotry of some on this site.

Reported for not being racist enough!

Thats Mochastorm not geting an invite to our next clan meeting

this is an interesting thread for me as i live in a built up estate and the attack shown on this thread may not be commonplace but it aint rare either. ive had this type of thing happen a couple of times to me. its a serious problem and nothing new. i'm in a lucky position that one of my dogs is a big brute of a thing that looks like a poodle in need of a haircut. my kids have been instructed not to walk a terrier without the big dog. my big dog is without a doubt as bad if not worse than most of these little bull crosses/staffs that are getting a bad name due to there idiot owners. (again nothing new. as bull terriers and bad uns go hand in hand. BULLS EYE. BILL SYKES. need i say more. murderous dog and murderer for an owner). typecast is the word i'm looking for. and give a dog a bad name as the saying goes  .

anyway as i was saying. there is a flipside to any coin and i know only to well that my dog has been blamed for attacking a dog. this is despite him being on a lead with a responsable owner (i am :D ) and shouting numerous warnings. before the stupid owner laughingly shouting back its ok mines friendly  . as her large dog careers into mine after losing interest in her tenny ball catapult. you could have got very similar pics but in reverse.

now heres the thing. if you have a strong sort of dog. any breed. how do you control other folks dogs. to protect the reputation of you own dogs rep. and your own for that matter. as the blame will always fall on the one that does the damage rightly or wrongly.

and as a last observation. ive had my eyes opened as to so called dog folks ways of seperateing dogs :icon_eek: . from smashing back legs. to the last pic. gently hold your dog by the neck and pinch its ear :laugh: . as for the rasist stuff. not for me

Muzzle your dog if your worried about it biting dogs. To be fair if you have an aggressive dog and its on a lead and another dog runs up to it, whether it wants to play or not if it takes a bite then its the other owners fault for having an out of control dog...

Agree with the muzzle thing Lab but disagree with a dog being out of control just because it runs up to another, its natural for a dog to great another and have a sniff, I wouldnt expect my springer to have a chunk taken out of it just with a normal dog greeting, admittedly if im 100 yards away and dont have the dog under control thats another matter, but just walking my dog in the park I wouldnt accept another dogs being aggressive to mine as we pass on the path.

Agree with both - muzzle, and control - I've owned an aggressive Weimeraner - fabulous worker, lovely with people, and fine with my dogs and dogs she knew - but if a strange dog came running up to her and bounced in her face ( or worse, tried to sniff her bits :icon_eek: ) she'd take their head off. I never let her loose anywhere that she was put in that situation - but other peoples loose dogs running up to us was always a nightmare. She was muzzled and on lead, and they would still give me the " you shouldn't have that dangerous dog out in public" even though it was their dog that ran over to us.
