This is a ref who has already been banned by the IRB not once but twice. Ah, right. So it was the ref that cost you game was it ? you are right, england were CRAP, and the BEST team won,no dout about it .No the ref did make it(hasrd) for england, as much as the team did them selves . Not the sub-par Rugby England played. Funny that, whenever England win it was a fair and good game, but when they lose it's never their own fault. no you right, england were crap,and the best team won on the day.But the ref did make it hard for england,as much as the team did them selves.!!!! whippet 99 2,613 Posted March 17, 2013 Report Share Posted March 17, 2013 any srum was wales penalty and that was what changed the game ................england had to avoid scrums as even tho the welsh were pushing before the ball come in was a blaintant penalty.........avoiding scrums is impossible and it was the changing point in the game ...........now i dont know what the ref kept trying to point out to our hooker ..........as long as hes on the mark he cant tell him where too place his feet ,.........i can only think that he was moving back and forward off the mark.......not sure what he was trying to do................but are scrums were doomed from then on and it put doubt in the forwards mind............imfluenced the game hugely.........i think it was 12-3 at the time ............another penalty and england were falling apart slowly..............they were getting desperate ............heads were dropping ,....they were getting sucked in more ...... early points make the difference and wales took full advantage of there penalties...........and put more pressure on the game and grinded england down .........with no scrums i knew we were fooked at 12 - 3 ...........and so did england.........
