Good Pellet For Bsa Super 10

Recommended Posts

Hi every one as above what do u guys find the BSA super 10 likes best

I got the gun 2nd hand I was told rws superdomes are the ones I was missing my targets to much I thought it was me and not used to the gun

But after firing some BSA inforcers though her my groups are much better but there only à sort to med rage pellet as there hollow points and there more for pest controll as I took a pigeon from 25 yards in a hart and lung shot and it made a right mess imploded his whole breast completely usless not much external damage but I figured the internal damage must of been I emenace so I plucked the breast and chuck it to the cats

Sorry it's a .22

I found the premiers to be crap too. My mates AA410 didn't think much to them neither. Nor did the HW100.   AAF worked well

My BBK mk3 in .22 loved AA Fields the most but a very close second was rws superfields which grouped nicely and were cheaper.   The sad thing is AA fields are my go to pellet as over the past year

Bisley Magnums mate

also recommended by JB himself

Darryl

My superten must have missed the JB recommendation.

It absolutely hates them.

I have a rapid which doesent favour them neither.

I think the best bet would be to get a tester pack of all flavours and try the lot. Then you can make your own mind up.

Every barrel is different albeit BSA barrels being one of the best.

Thank chaps gives me some to look for heard accepells work well before

The BSA interceptors work very well but smashes them to bits really hit hard so I will keep a tin if them defo but don't suit all hunting

Any one want to swap some magnums (crossman or beisly ) or accupells let me no ill also put it in the swap bit

Thsnks again lads

Pellet preference may differ from S10 to S10 as there are several models with different barrels. Mine is a mk3 BBK. I was using A Fields and they were superb. I ran out of them and had a tin of Accupels so gave them a try and they are excellent in my rifle. I've stuck with them as they're only £7.50 compared to £14 for AA Fields. I also use Powapels which are excellent also...in .22!

Little tip...

Accupells by Webley are Crosman Premiers in an expensive tin!

I have been told that Ultra Magnums are a slightly different alloy to the other Crosman pellets (slightiy harder).

Well it's funny that I get a good percentage of fliers using premiers and very few using accupels.

Keep your tips
