Van/jeep Help!

Recommended Posts

I cant decide what to buy! my criteria is that it has at least 3seats can be registered as a commercial vehicle for tax and insurance and can legally tow a twin axle trailer/caravan/catering trailer/horsebox/flatbed trailer etc. Oh and my budget is 2k and it has to have nct and tax under 150k on the clock, no older than 10yr old and no rust and good engine

I know i know... Im asking the impossible.... Well heres 3 different vehicles that have caught my eye

And the citroen relay here is the same as 1 a mate is selling but his is in cleaner condition for about 2k

What do you think of them? I can see myself driving any of them tbh although i could see the relay being the most useful

L200 no contest. Nissan pile of junk. If you do go and see that and you switch on the engine and you hear a "tick, tick, tick" then leave well alone. Absolute f***ing rubbish. The van will have its benefits, take it in a muddy field and your stuck. L200 for me..:-)

my choice is the relay, other 2 look like flashy money pits :hmm:

Front wheel drive vans don't last long towing heavy trailers, the Nissan one with one owner full service history would be my choice out those 3.

I was thinking that as well, if i didnt like it as a van i could buy a crewcab sliding door and convert it into a camper!

if you want to spend another 2 grand buy the nissan-f***ing shit fullstop-l200 sound motors-if you change oil every 6months and check bottom pulleys as they prone to go-f**k the van.if you can find l200 non turbo then buy it  or a fourtrak pull anything good trucks.atb
