unicornleather 60
Once it's actually cracked it's very unlikely to be able to repair it unfortunately, you may be able to get some conditioner in to it but it probably won't ever be as good as it was before it dried out completely, Oz Edited March 11, 2013 by unicornleather

Caprelous 217
Get some Dubbin slapped on it and place them somewhere its warm the dubbin will soak in them welly some more on them, but if actually cracked and you can see daylight through them theres not a lot you can do with them especially if its around the joint of the sole or welting.
