Is that all they are paying now? The last job I was on I was getting £320 on facings, £4 per square metre on blocks, 50p a sheet for Jab, £3 a lintel, 50p per metre for dpc and 10p per weep hole and wall tie crampon and that was back in 1988. Glad I got out of it. TC Edited to add: Just after that they started paying by the house with retention, yet some how you never got your retention back. Only going by a price i got to build a wall at the front of my house last week. Its been a few years since ive done the roofs and roughcasting on the sites and knew the prices then through takin to the brickys!!! So whats the goin rate for 6" block on flat?
