MB.22 1
hi chaps i'm thinking of buying one but unsure of which calibre to get this will be for hunting. I'm a .22cal fan but have been toying with the idea of a .20cal for ages but was wondering if a .177cal with heavy pellet would do as good a job. The flatter tragectory of the smaller cal is appealing but would the heavier pellet turn it into a .22?? Also what is a good price to pay for a new one been looking around and there seems to be about £100 differance depending on where you look i've also seen them advertised with no moderator?? cheers Quote Link to post
woodcote1 88
I've used all 3 of those calibres for hunting and currently use .22 and love it. I used .20 for 10 years and its fantastic for hunting. I used .177 for a year and had loads of runners and that's put me off using it again. 1 Quote Link to post
villaman 9,983
The price difference could be whether its a hull cartridge or a grey import Quote Link to post
