I've got mental boots sure they'll do ,light weight trousers from a marine water proofs couple of light tops hat gloves ruck sack with dog food in it and a knife just in case ) that's me set thanks for the tips lads bra Aye, just don't take that f***ing fox squeaker ! It'll be fine for the dogs and us I guess . It's over three days 96 miles for us and probably double that or more fir the dogs so any tips or if any body lives on route we'll gladly come in for a cuppy ) YER ALL DOOMED , I TELL YA ,,,DOOOMED Quote Link to post Share on other sites

blackdug 90 Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 I walked it twenty five years ago and loved it and My mother walked it when she was sixty five...there are company's that drive your bags till the next stopping of point were you will sleep that night these days so you only have to carry a small pack for the day ....check accomadation along the route as it gets busy even in April and it can be hard to get a room ....do a quick google search to find out what you need to know ....all the best and have a good time Quote Link to post Share on other sites
