paulus 26
Was wondering if there was any law or regulations regarding living in a static on private land? Any ideas? Thanks in advance you would need planning permission from the local council even if you owned the land to place a static caravan on it unless it was already there.without planning permission you can only live in it for a maximum of 28 days of the year, have a read here http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Law/Question422131.html

marky r 25
a friend has one on his stable yard hes tryed to get planning for a house but they said 8 acres isant enough to warrant a farm. So he lives in a static behind the barn hes never had any trouble. Sometimes been a bit cheeky and saying f*** it is the only way in life Edited March 9, 2013 by marky r
