It would be, but how quickly could they move really? I'm sure the US/SK already have some nasty plans in place for such an eventuality. Remember, last time out in the 50's the UN side drove the NK side all the way to the Chinese border. It was the intervention of actual Chinese troops that have us where we are now. I wouldn't count on the Chinese getting involved so much, their economy depends on Western money to buy from their factories. A conflict started by NK wouldn't be good for them, or any of the rest of us.

China historically has always poured over it's borders to repel foreign attacks in neighbouring countries, but this has always applied to ground invasions not much chance of that if nukes are involved.
