Guest JDF
i've used both in the past Frank, currently a hutch 8x2'6x2'6,in this i'll keep one or two,i don'tlike to keep too many together for the reason that as we accept that the ferret is a polecat and most of us feed them as such in the wild polecats are for the most solitary animals, when i've kept a bundle in a court they always seemed stressed and not as happy when on their own, this won't be eveybodies experience or opinion but it's mine,do you not miss having the ferrets about the place Frank? arthur 0
well i have just got my first two ferrets from meerihunter and for the first two weeks they were only in a rabbit hutch and what a dull pair they were but now i have them in a decent sized court with things to climb on and tunnels etc. and what a difference. playful and fun for the kids and the terriers when they are chasing them around! Guest little_lloyd
Mine two live in a hutch at the moment but i plan to either build a court or give them a new hutch with a run attached Quote Link to post
